20+ years’ experience in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement in adult and juvenile confinement settings.
Able to work with all levels of departmental staff to review agency procedures and develop strategic annual plans.
Develop training plans for residents, staff, contractors and volunteers
Possess the skill set to gain trust and build credibility through experience and collaboration
Conduct periodic internal reviews and annual audits to ensure practices are sustained.
Conduct or direct internal administrative investigations of compliance issues.
Develop risk management strategies as compliance and operational risks are assessed
Work with Regional Compliance and Executive Directors to review policy of your agency and development of strategic annual plan. Upon request, I collaborate with Regional Compliance Directors and COO to develop training for your staff, residents, contractors and volunteers. I have the skill set to gain trust with the staff and students served and the ability to build credibility through experience and collaboration.
